  • As far as the neurologist, Dr. Brandon Woods, he's cool and I like that he is "real" & honest. He is to the point when reviewing all medical issues. Explains everything clearly. I respect that...I would give him a 4 star but I'll give the 1 star to humor him since the office is shared. Now I would give the rest of the office a zero and here is why. All the girls that work in the office are miserable. Dr. Woods has a decent front desk girl but Dr. John Paul Malayil's front desk girl, zero personality. I wasn't greeted with a hello, just "name". I felt like I was a bother. She was on her cell phone and looked up at me like I was the devil. The girls who work in the back area aren't much better. Zero personality, zero sense of humor, just plain miserable. You hate your job, quit, you hate you life, fix it! You are in control. Simple!! Ohhhh and make sure to keep yourself busy because the wait time is just as bad as their horrible attitudes. You check in 30 mins prior to your appointment so you can be seen 2 hours after your scheduled time. Now I'm miserable.... what the!?!? ** AWFUL receptionist/front desk! Do yourself a favor and do not go here!
