  • Took 4+ hours to purchase a used car I'd already put a deposit on and didn't even negotiate the price of. The last hour being the hard sell on nonsense dealer mark-up items like wheel/tire coverage and extended vehicle warranties. Post sale customer support is poor to very poor and to wrap it all up they've been leaving me harassing voice-mails about "documentation the bank needs" when upon calling the bank myself they have no knowledge of this and even helped me file complaint with their customer service team against the dealership for harassment. Stay away from this mess.
