  • Very poor customer service! I came in with my dog thinking that she was choking on something and that something was lodged in her throat. When I came in I had already talked to a doctor and he said to bring her in immediately and when I got there, there were about five different ladies working behind the desk and not one of them would do anything to help me. They just said I had to wait and it was quite apparent that my dog was ready to give up. I left and went over to Parkway animal Clinic across the street and they were super nice and attentive. They basically save my dogs life. Do not trust Banfield with your pets.
