I ordered a filing cabinet with hutch for my new home. Beautiful pieces that match the desk I previously bought from Pruitts. The delivery men pointed out, upon delivery that the file cabinet base was cracked and they quickly called the office to report it and have another one ordered for me. They delivered the new one and took the first one, easy as that. I just noticed that I'm short the number of bars to place in the drawers to hang the files on, AND that there's a hole in the bottom drawer that none of us previously saw. I just called Pruitts and they are ordering me a new drawer and a set of file bars. EASY! The only reason I'm not giving 5 starts is because I didn't get a perfect piece on the first try. Or the second try... But overall, they have been great in terms of customer service. It just seems the distributor of the piece I bought needs a better QC process ;)
