  • I'm sure this dentist is very nice if he was actually available. I went there today for a consult. I waited 30 min and had to ask the front how much longer it would be. I was told the room was being prepped. I was in the room for 30 seconds when they took my xray and moved me to a conference room. Why did I have to wait for the room to be prepped then? I then sat in the conference room for 30 min waiting. I was never told when the dentist would be in. I finally said I needed to leave after waiting an hour. They asked me if I wanted to reschedule. Why no...I already had an appointment I'm not sure what good that would do, maybe if I had another day that I needed to kill some time. I work for a living so let's be respectful of that. With the amount of money I was going to be spending there, I'm happy to give it to someone else instead. They need to be more respectful of their patients and realize that people can't just wait around endlessly. I've made an appointment with another Oral surgeon that has promised my consult will be 15 min tops.
