I remember when going into the phone store used to be fun (I'm looking at you, Verizon). The staff would show you the new technology and help you find something you would like. That's changed. My last 3 experiences have been so bad, now I go in with my defenses up, prepared to fend off the sales team's strong-arm tactics. They really need to stop calling it "customer service." Now you have to go home and do your own research to find what you need. The McKellips location was my most recent bad experience, but other locations have been the same.
