rev:text	Never again I will take my car to Firestone complete nothing xxxxxx OMG!!!!! I took my Rodeo Isuzu because the light engine turn on they keep my car for 4 days just to tell me they can"t find my car parts they are discontinue!!!!...please they think because I'm a girl I don't know anything about cars Jorge was very nice however very bad in communication with his client ( me ) I was the one calling to find out the status of my car, their excuse we are very busy!!! I have news for you we all busy, so I got my car back with out been fix after 4days then two days later I find out my AC is not working I took it back and after 2 hrs 1/2 waiting Jorge again tell me the AC machine is broken out in another shop OMG!!!! what kind of writer is him? when he doesn't know what is going on in the shop?? ah!! and Stacy the manager....bien Gracias!!!!!! useless los dos up to today nobody from the shop had call me to take the car back and see why my AC is not working at least for courtesy? when I just fix it back in November 2016 and my car history is in their system my car was their customer not anymore if you a girl don't go alone they will ripe you off and they will lie to you take your papa, brother, boyfriend, Sancho, neighbor but don't go alone!!! I had a horrible experience with that place ugh!!!! ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH!!!!!
