Do not use this company!!! I dropped off my sofa on Sept 30th. Our puppy had chewed the arm and one cushion on a Pottery Barn couch. Luckily the slipcover was being washed so it was just the arm and cushion sleeve that go under the slipcovers. The seamstress told me it would take about 1 hour to fix and Stacy said that it would be done in one -two weeks. I had to pay in full which I did. I emailed them on the 18th as I had not heard from anyone and they replied that it would be another week to week and a half. I called two weeks later, on Monday the 31st and spoke to Stacy. She said it had NOT EVEN BEEN STARTED and that it would be done ASAP, that it would be "rushed". This repair, again, was a 1 hour repair. November 3rd came and I called and left a message asking for an update. The next day they called and said it should be ready by November 8th. I went to pick up the sofa and cushion sleeve on the 9th (yesterday). When I get home and go to put the cushion sleeve on, there is NO ZIPPER!!! I send them an email with photos and of course no response. I called this am and they said to bring it back in to fix. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!! I wish I would have taken my sofa somewhere else, don't waste your money and time as I have dealing with them. I am also a small business owner and can't even imagine handling a transaction like this. Two thumbs down.
