  • Called them for the first time today, and I highly recommend them. I was referred to Universal by a general contract I know; Jessica was extremely friendly and helpful, and they came out the same day. Eddie was very knowledgable, figured out what was wrong and fixed it in no time. He then adjusted our toilet to fix some annoying issues which we didn't even mention, he could just tell it wasn't working right. He took the time to explain and show me what he was doing, and then gave us some great advice on how to best maintain our sewer lines (it's a really old house).
