  • I had a very stressful time at this particular location The lady at the counter was so rude and I felt like I was bothering her because I stopped inn to purchase makeup Hello... That's your job. You got hire there to assist customers and sell and promote products She sold me the wrong thing and yelled at me because I double checked to make sure I had the correct color Like I said it was the wrong thing so I took it back Mac needs to hire better people People who actually care and they are professional makeup artists Not people who are rude without knowledge of mac products They are giving the company a bad name and loosing business I went across the street and walked into Ulta where I was treated well and got tons of great products Sorry MAC you just lost my business due to your employees bad temper and poor attitude.
