  • I am writing a review in regards to my purchasing experience with Warren Rosegreen. I am going to start by saying that this was my first time purchasing a home and I could not have asked for a better experience. Before going house hunting, I had a few realtors in mind but a friend of mine suggested that I reach out to Warren. From start to finish, Warren communicated with me daily through text/phone/emails. If I had a question, Warren went out of his way to make sure that everything was answered. If we looked at property, he made sure I had all the information on each property. Once we started the negotiation process/opening escrow on the selected house, Warren worked furiously to make sure we got everything done in a timely matter. The seller was being a bit difficult but Warren made it happen. Part way through the home buying experience, I had to leave Las Vegas for military training. I was in Newport, RI for most of the escrow period and Warren held down the fort for me. He passed important information to me in a timely manner and made sure to coordinate properly with the Loan processor, underwriter, title company, etc. I cannot speak on the abilities of Realty One Group as a whole, but I can whole heartedly say that Warren is AMAZING at his job. After everything was said and done, Warren helped me purchase my dream home. I was thinking that once the purchasing process was complete that Warren would disappear out of my life, but it was the exact opposite. He kept checking up on me to make sure that everything was good. Last week, I went to a BBQ where I saw the same friend who recommended Warren to me. Warren helped them purchase a home almost a year ago and he is STILL checking up on them! If you want a realtor who really cares and will help you close on your dream house, do not hesitate to contact Warren Rosegreen.
