To anyone who thinks they want to move here because of the cheap price and seemingly decent units:
Ask to see the EXACT unit before moving in and check for bugs. (I uploaded the video above of the unit I moved into the day I moved in with a bug infestation- they have since transferred me to a bug-free unit)
Don't expect to have your lease signed and approved until the same day you are scheduled to move in.
Document all interactions with the leasing office, (not sure if recording conversations is legal but would be useful if they go back on their word or claim to had not said what they said).
Anticipate long wait times for maintenance to fix something. (Maintenance however is very friendly and always happy to help.)
If you are looking to pay extra for a unit with a washer/dryer its a shitty European combo and the dryer sucks, I end up using the on site laundry room. (Which 9/10 has issues)
If you have an issue and report it to their corporate office all they will do is forward it back to Onnix, I did notice an improvement in communication after emailing corporate from their property manager for what its worth.
Don't be surprised if an office employee speaks to you with an attitude too.
(With the exception of Laura who receives packages, she is always friendly and remembers names and apartment numbers!!!)
Update (4/19) - Review above still applies, in addition:
Maintenance has not been keeping up with emptying dog waste stations so they are piling over and there are no bags to pick up waste, as a result there is dog poop everywhere.
Also, the gym doesn't look like it has been cleaned in months. There is a thick layer of grime, hair and dirt in the yoga room.
