  • Do not use this company. I paid over $600 for a water slide that was in very bad condition, flooded my back yard and the kids couldn't use and a karoke machine that wouldn't turn on. I contacted the manager before my party started and he said he could have another slide delivered in 3 hours but the party would be over then. The next morning when the guys came to pick up the slide, they told me that they were aware of all the duck tape and they thought it would work. Before they left, they contacted the manager and he promised to refund my money that next week. Almost a month later I contacted the owner who asked me to send him all the info and I did but I never heard back from him and he won't respond to my emails or calls.
