  • I have to complement this dealership for making a real effort to address my concerns. When I went to pick up my car, I let them know that I was unhappy, and the financing manager and the sales manager were both very helpful. I know they don't have an easy job, particularly because it's very stressful for buyers. Both went out of their way to make my experience better. It is most telling when a business deals with complaints in a positive manner. They should be commended for turning a negative into a positive. They have succeeded in allowing me to enjoy my beautiful new vehicle. Thanks and good job, David and Jae!
