Boyfriend and I stopped at this place for lunch. He drove by it earlier and thought it sounded good.. Organic gluten free bakery and cafe? Sounded promising.
The interior is very odd. Has a lot of commercial ovens for baking but seemed to lack in baked goods for sale. The items in the case didn't look that good.
The counter where you place an order was a little odd too. Kind of a makeshift counter with a tablecloth on it. The person taking the order writes out the ticket by hand.
The menu is interesting but a little overpriced in my opinion for lunch. I realize organize is more expensive but when we got our items we were a little disappointed. He had a cup of chili and he said it was ok. The cornbread that came with it was amazing I ordered an Organic veggie wrap with a gluten free tortilla. It was homemade but the bread was really dense and flavorless. The vegetables were marinated in some brown vinaigrette but it didn't have much taste and was messy. I ate half and I was done. Came with a side of mashed potatoes which were also bland.
I probably won't be back but at least I gave it a try.
