  • Shout out to Kathy the manager. I brought a problem to her attention last week about them not checking for VIP & Gold member passes for early entry. She took care of it the next day & it seems to have sunk in with the employees. Also a shout out to Michael the F&B director who since last year I told him about a problem & everything is running smooth at the cafe. The only problem I continue to see is the lifeguards not at there stations at 10:30 to open the lazy river (Colorado Cooler). Today it opened at 10:45
