  • my parents and I came to check this place on Saturday and we really like it. Country Club at the Meadows is a private, 24hour guard gated community located centrally near Decatur and Meadows lane. We like the scenic views and grassy courtyard areas and it's peaceful and clean. Also located just 15 minutes from the Vegas strip and less than a mile from Meadows Mall, a few minutes to the 95 freeway, and walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The Springs Preserve Nature Park and The Smith Center for Performing arts is also nearby as well. We like their on-site free resident shuttle bus takes you to the dining, shopping and entertainment nearby. Also other amenities includes Gazebos with BBQs Craft Room Putting Green Shuffleboard Billiards & Cards Casino Bus Service Fitness Center Hot tub Saloon We came back today and signed a contract for my parents. Cynthia at the leasing office who helped us is very friendly and helpful.
