| - I have no clue if this is the store that does deliveries, but it is kind of like a Keystone Cops adventure. I have used them a few times, and each time I say "never again", but on those days that I don't want to go shopping I weaken. Each time, the items I need I never get due to not in stock (some are just basic items) and it is always the products I need to make the meal I was hoping for. Eggs are broken. Items forgotten. Recently was the last straw, it was 2 hours late, they want you to be home to make sure you get the deliveries, once again eggs broken, items needed not available and then they shot off. Noticed all our dairy products were missing. Van came back as he realized he had forgotten them. The positives is that they do correct their errors when you call the customer service, and they will check to see where the driver is and how long it is going to take, they will give you credits or refunds without any problem and the drivers are friendly. I am sure their job must be difficult. I think the problem lies with the people running the delivery service and stock. You can't offer a service if you don't have the products in stock, or at least warn the customer while placing the order so they can make an alternative decision, you have to fix problems with the deliveries and work out why things go wrong, just not wing it.
