  • I have been coming to this location for over 3 years with my kids. I came in with my son today and checked in at 11:50am. I noticed there were 2 girls cutting hair and an employee with foils in her hair. At around 12:15 another couple came in after me and checked in. At 12:40 none of us had even been acknowledged and the one employee took the other employee over to the sink to wash her hair!! That left one girl cutting hair while customers were waiting. I've never experienced this kind of service from here, so I'm extremely disappointed. At 12:45 after waiting almost an hour myself and the other couple took our business elsewhere.
