Called ahead to get some information and directions on a 1995 Mercedes C220. The salesman I dealt with was Kevin. He was a really nice guy. The lady at the tower was also really nice and pleasant. You can tell they both have some experience selling cars & dealing with customers. However, the car detailers and mechanics leave a lot to be desired.
When we went to test drive the Mercedes, I found it odd that Kevin didn't want to drive with us. Once I got in the car, it was pretty easy to figure out why. The moon roof was left open and some pigeons went to town. The middle console between the seats and the sides of the seats were encrusted with white bird poo.
They advertised ice cold a/c. Not so, we were both schvitzing like pigs in no time flat. Kevin kept apologizing for the appearance and lack of a/c and was trying to guide us towards a used Saturn. The ad said "runs great and drives like new". When we started the car, it immediately starting sputtering and stalling. I understand used car dealers are apt to puff up and talk up their cars, but this was ridiculous. Kevin was shuffling around and you could tell he was somewhat embarrassed.
In short nice people there, but misleading advertising and inferior cars. My recommendation - shop elsewhere!
