Been a customer of TWJ Gilbert for about three years and they always gave 5 -Star service. Unfortunately, TWJ Gilbert is no longer in business. My one experience at the Mesa TWJ shop was unimpressive. Took the bike in for a tuneup because the front derailleur was misaligned and their repair caused the gears to start popping on the rear derailleur. A similar situation had occurred previously and Larry at TWJ Gilbert fixed it with no questions. The tech at the Mesa shop just said, "oh well, the derailleur is old and you're not supposed to push that hard in that gear." My answer is, "oh well, guess I'll find a new bike shop."
