  • Does anyone here know how to answer the phone?? It's that thing on your desk, or attached to your ear, beeping at you. I called and waited over 5 minutes with NO help. Even worse once I made my way over here. Rude staff, I wandered around the music section for what seemed like an eternity waiting for someone to acknowledge me. No dice. Asked for help, got treated as if I asked the clerk to lift her top for me. Definately gonna stick to their new store downtown, even though it's super out of the way.
