  • We had a house to sell in Chandler and we needed a realtor. We had heard amazing things about the Gluch group from a few friends so we decided to call them. We were super impressed from the minute we first called to ask for help. That same day a real estate agent from their team named Brad dropped off a whole package of sample marketing materials! A few days later we met with Jeremy at their office and we were just blown away. These guys had a parking spot reserved for us with our name on it, a beautiful office with a menu full of drinks and snacks, and a detailed presentation on how to best market our home. We were especially impressed with their offer to guarantee the sale of our home. After some great staging advice we listed with the Gluch group and they had our house sold in under a week for 100% of our asking price.
