I've been a patient here for ten plus years. Their front desk has been consistently horrible across that time.
My favorite story was last year, in the waiting room for more than an hour past my appt. When they commented my blood pressure was high, I quickly informed them it's stressful arriving early and waiting more than an hour for a scheduled appt. I expressed my frustration openly.
The response from Dr. Pena? "You seem to have anger management issues and may want to consider going on blood pressure medicine." It made me laugh out loud. I've told that story a dozen times. It's so silly it's funny.
