  • I needed cleaners in a pinch because I was moving into a new apartment and wanted it to be spotless. They came in the next day with 2 cleaners and did the job! They even went over and above a little to get a little more done. I had been communicating with their switchboard person who wasn't very knowledgable and kept referring me to the website. Would have been nice to just communicate with the cleaners directly when I had questions instead of awkwardly have calls back and forth with their switchboard person. Also, they should be telling the customer directly what pricing is if we're already on the phone. They also promised to look into additional services for carpet cleaning but I never ended up hearing back. Overall I was satisfied with the cleaning service and would probably use it again if needed. Pricing is a higher than others who work independently.
