  • I was on the hunt for a good lip scrub, after not being happy with the quality of a Sephora brand lip scrub and not being happy with the price of a Fresh and Bite lip scrub, my friend suggested I check out Lush. I was hesitant because I've only ever tried their bath bombs. But I decided to give it a shot and omg I am so happy I did. The employee who helped me was amazing! Right now I can't remember her name as I took too long to write this review, but I'm hoping if employees or managers read these reviews someone can put the pieces together. I was there for my bachelorette weekend 4/27-4/30. Anyways, that employee was super sweet and seemed very knowledgeable about the products. She went out of her way to show me the different scrubs and balms but never pressured or tried to upsell me. She was also super friendly and down to earth. Because of her great customer service I have been shopping at Lush a lot more now that I am back home. I'm a lush fan for live now.
