We are from Dallas and have visited several kids museums, science centers, and the like. This is the greatest kids place we have ever been to. It is awesome, well thought out, terrific fun for the kids, fun for adults, and also comfortable seating for adults. Some of the staff did seem a bit, disengaged, but we were also very pleased to see staff posted everywhere. They had probably five adults posted inside the three-story jungle gym they are famous for. We stayed a total of five hours in one day and our kids could easily have stayed a lot longer. Also your admission does give you in&out privileges so you can eat lunch out and come back for more. If we could give it more than give stars, we would. HIGHLY recommend. Although there are tons of things here that you kids will probably be begging you to build ("Dad, why can't we build a noodle forest?!?"
The only thing I'd note is that it's definitely geared more towards creative play than learning. I'm good with that - that's how I think kids learn (Montissori and all.) But that may not be everyone's cup of tea. (It's a little hard to see how the noodle forest is really teaching the kids much. But man did they have a blast!)
