  • Terrible service and rude staff. Have been going there for years and the service has continued to get worse. Got shelllac done on my nails, it was so thick that it completely lifted and peeled off within 4 days. It seems like they are diluting their polish bottles. I complained and the ladies continued to talk amongst each other in another language whilst giving me blatantly rude looks. They said they can only guarantee 3 days for shellac which is ridiculous as the lifespan of regular polish is longer. I do not recommend this place and highly suggest you go elsewhere. The woman at the front desk also has a terrible attitude and looks at you as though she is doing you a favor when you ask a question. I also question their cleanliness. The only exception I have encountered is Sookie. The rest of the staff is terribly obnoxious, rude, and incapable of doing their job.
