Worst customer service experience ever, avoid Audrey at customer service counter at all costs. Took about a half hour to return one item, got major attitude and she recruited another customer who got in my face screaming. Another lady employee stepped in and did the return. In less than two minutes, saving the day and stopped me from cancelling my membership on the spot. Josh the manager was very helpful and apologetic and seemed to genuinely care. One star review was for Audrey only. Will not return to this location.
