  • I have to revise my last review that I rated poor and give a much needed 5 stars. After some back and forth to include emails and discussions over the phone and in person Justin Lenocker was awesome. Just really came through and went above and beyond to make things right with me. It wasn't just an apology it was ensuring I was satisfied with my service and with Chapman Hyundai Service Department. Thank you Justin!
