  • I've purchased three scanners, radios for my team, headsets, earbuds... pretty much everything RE sells. Previously, I have rented from RE on multiple occasions and have never had an issue. Pros - Quality equipment and ease to purchase. My wife's earbuds became separated from the cord, the RE folks fixed it for her at the track for free. Staff at the track is always helpful and appreciative of my dedicated business with RE. Cons - I needed a 5-pin to mono adapter to utilize my headset with my scanner at the track when I spot. After ordering what the customer service person thought I needed, I had to return it and get another... nope, not what I needed. Staff was not very knowledgable, found what I needed in person.
