  • Appointments were incorrectly scheduled two times. I showed up for my time only to find out they had assigned me to the wrong specialist. Another time I was early for you appointment and was not present when they called when I had stepped away for three minutes. when I came back they told me they had gone to lunch and would be back at 1 pm, when my appointment was at 11:45 pm. my cataract counselor failed to inform me that I was not supposed to wear contacts before my previous opt measurement. I ended up wasting a trip.
