  • WE had Tom out a couple of years ago to just oil to keep up on clock(Grandfather).Well I called Tom back,because the chimes were not chiming.My clock was keeping perfect time.Tom came out just lately to see if he can correct the chimes.He oiled clock ect. and left (pd over $100).The clock has not kept time since he was here.I called Tom back to tell him my clock is not keeping time,since he was here.He told me the clock is worn out.It was keeping perfect time before Tom came out 2nd time.He did not want to come back to see our clock,just worn out?Tom won't follow up his work.Our clock isn't functionable now,not even keeping time.I have to call another company,and pay again.Don't use this company-BAD SERVICE
