Customer service reps at this location has very poor service including the lady manager, which is unacceptable. I was there to apply for new membership and was forced to get the Executive membership.
I've even heard the lady complained to the guy why not tell me about the Executive one. Well, I said I knew about it but do not need it, I just need the regular membership, but she still pushed me. She ignored what I insisted, and asked me to let her finish, so I had to stand there to waste my time, to get "educated" about Costco Executive membership, about what i've already knew.
Maybe this is why this location is not as crowded as the others even though that this one has been opened for almost a year.
I left this location to go to the one in Heatland to apply. Better customer service at Heartland for sure.
