  • drove up to express lube and was ignored...a "be right with you" would be nice. I had to finally say "hello!?". Got just an oil change before weekend road trip and it took twice as long to get invioce to pay for it as it did to get oil changed. Saw car sitting after oil change and reminded them I did not need wash. When I expressed my dismay he said "oh it normally take over an hour" so not "express". I was there at 8 am and there was no line. Man with iPad had no name tag but he is insulting to woman. As I was leaving he said "oh here is a card for a senior citizen discount on Wednesdays" I also heard him with another women who was disappointed the she was told service would take 2 hrs max and when she got there he said it would rake "at least 2 1/2 hours". (she lived too far for shuttle). We bought the car there but do not recommend the place.
