  • Paid for a class for two through their website with a groupon code. Showed up at the class time and the place was closed with an explanation on a piece of paper. Who does that? Says it has been closed since July and would open back in a week. Obviously didn't happen because it has been a month! We paid and scheduled a session while they knew they were going to be closed! Awful! Now groupon won't refund either. Terrible business on both sides.
