| - This place does not deserve any stars. We applied for this place to begin a lease for March 31st, 2017 and at the last minute they could not move us in until April 3rd because the apartment was not ready, at this point I thought to myself it was going to be a frustrating year because if their horrible reviews. It wasn't that bad at first, Jamie who was extremely helpful and communicative resolved all of my maintenance in a timely manner.
Short story, when we moved in there was brand new carpet installed, at the end of our lease, we moved out and capets were slightly soiled, ONLY a year old carpet which would only require a cleaning for it to turn out good... HOWEVER, THEY CHARGED US ALMOST 400.00 FOR NEW CARPET INSTALL!!! FOR A ONE YEAR OLD CARPET! No where in their lease agreement says the tenant is responsible to replace them after they move out.... this is a violation to their agreement and to their tenants! I plan on taking this to the Better Business Bureau and small claim if this issue is not resolved within 10 days from the first day of my written dispute to the management company. Alicia, who may now be a new manager there has really bad communication skills, she does not respond to their tenants in a timely manner.... Oh and on top of that, they charged me for the one day of rent after I requested to vacate April 1st, not considering they had delayed my move in by 3 days at the start of my lease! I'm in property management myself and this is not the service we provide to our residents. RUN DONT RENT HERE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING TO REMODEL THEIR UNITS.
