The problem is that I've been trying to call for several months to schedule a cleaning (they either don't answer, or put you on hold for an eternity), and today was the last time - I waited on hold for TEN minutes, finally called back (overheard the secretary, Kirstie, having a casual conversation) and told her that the situation is just ridiculous at this point; she got huffy with me and started explaining that they only have 2 lines, blah blah blah.
I don't care. It's bad service at this point. All I wanted was a cleaning. Bye, Felicia. Will take my time and money somewhere else.
