Our new favorite Vietnamese in town - so good we visited twice in a week!
Extremely clean, nice ambience and the smell of fish sauce did not permeate the restaurant like many others. The waiters are attentive and the food comes out fairly quickly.
The food - simply excellent. The cha gio or egg rolls are perfectly fried. We had the pho tai and the pho with pork, shrimp and wontons (they even threw in some crab meat!). The pho broth tastes light and clean and is a great base for adding all the spices and seasonings. Best com bo luc lac or shaken beef we have ever had. They use tender juicy meat and it's prepared in a way where it's not swimming in oil or butter. Our kids loved it so much they were fighting for the last pieces.
Looking forward to trying the other dishes...
