I wasn't picked up for a day trip booked through this company. I was unaware that I was supposed to confirm pick up 24 hours before the trip. I assumed that when I signed up for the excursion and gave them my information including the address of where I expected to be picked up and dropped off, that that was sufficient. I was at the expected pick up point at the expected time and the bus never arrived. I called the company immediately only to be told that since I didn't confirm the pick up, there was nothing that they could do and I wasn't getting my money back. You didn't provide the "good" or "service", why does that entitle you to keep my money for something I never received? In my experience these people are thieves and their customer service is non existent and pathetic. There was no attempt to resolve the situation. Their inability to resolve the situation amicably ruined my birthday trip to Canada. It was my first time in Quebec, thanks for making it a memorable one.
