I don't normally write reviews but this dealer was my first time buying dealer and it definitely has its good and bad. They helped clear up some misunderstandings but they way they go about it is egotistical and not "customer service". I bought a CPO 2013 outback a little over a month ago, they will say whatever they can to make is sound good and then not really support you. My car only came with 1 key, and according to SOA and their 152point inspection I should have two keys. They argued that they don't CPO cars that have an accident on record (that's a lie: minor accidents don't disqualify and my CarFax stated that this was the dealership that CPO my car). They only way they were wanting to get me my knew key was through the warranty they said I needed to by the car (which was a shame that cost 2,000 dollars that I canceled within the first month for a full refund). You really have to go to this company with all the facts before hand and lay it out. If you do, don't be surprised if they use the broom on you. The only reason I give them 3 stars and not 1 is because of the few people there that make it worth while. Sales is bland, as is finance. Some of the techs are okay but there is a sourness to most of those that work there
