  • Goodlife recently took this location over from Gold's. Other than new signage on the outside of the building, they haven't done anything else yet. They've torn the signs down behind the front desk and in the main gym area but the walls are still waiting to be repaired. Overall the gym is in good condition. The machines are new and well maintained, there's lots of free weights and benches, and there is a separated area for floor work. The cardio area is on the second floor and looks above the rest of the gym and to the outside. Under the cardio area is a pool. It's fairly small but does the trick. There is also a hot tub in the pool area. Saunas are accessible through the locker rooms. I've been going during the day so I can't speak for the typical rush times, but as I was leaving one morning at lunch time, activity seemed to be picking up. This location also boasts a smoothie/snack bar which was inherited from Gold's.
