  • OK I will begin with saying we purchased our countertops at the end of November 2017. It is now February and we are still dealing with issues. Because of the sale at IKEA and the holidays install dates were taking I guess longer than usual OK I can understand that. So why am I giving them one star. Well when they came to install, two young guys showed up I don't think that even really introduced themselves they spoke Spanish the entire time. One guy didn't speak any English or at least he claims he did not speak English. They did the install while installing they realized that my sink was not cut right. So they took off the doors of the cabinet below them. And said they will contact IKEA to figure this out. While they were installing I realized there were a few marks on the counter that we're not acceptable they assured it's OK it's OK I explain no it's not OK. So after they left I looked around and our kitchen was a mess they left epoxy or whatever it's called all over the place. There were marks on the counter that we could not get out and also a big chip in the counter. I immediately called them and of course they are gone for the day and it was a Friday. My husband was able to get in touch with one person and said they would take care of things on Monday well I talk to them on Monday they came out to check what was going on and I had to schedule a later date to do another check and possibly clean the counters which was another week and a half out. At that point they said they're going to schedule to replace half of the counters. Which took another two weeks and The Friday before the install was scheduled they said they were sending out the same guys they sent the first time and I explained to them that I already told him that I did not want that guy. I basically had to snap on Danielle and let her know she is sending someone else out. I don't think these people comprehend that this is thousands of dollars whether we're just a whatever customer to them this is our only kitchen that we are going to have. So Wayne came out he did the install while he was installing I said the reveal on the sink doesn't look correct he said don't worry I'm not finished yet after of course the sink was not right. So they did not do the sink cut out correct. So we call them explain what is going on we also talk to IKEA this is been a few days and we are still playing phone tag. I just think they don't get it this is a lot of money I'm spending and I feel like they think I'm the jerk because they cannot get it right. I really wish we would've not gone with them my husband wants to rip the counters out return everything and go somewhere else I don't think I have the patience for this anymore!!!!!! I kea needs to smarten up and go with a different company seriously!!!!
