  • They contacted me within an hour of going on Home Advisor asking for a quote. I immediately liked them. Our repair tech, Martin, showed up as promised, quickly diagnosed the problem and quoted the cost to repair. Beside being very professional, he is very personable and interesting to talk with. I like to watch and learn from service people and he took care to explain exactly what he was doing and, more importantly ,what I needed to do to continue to maintain my pool properly. He carefully tested and adjusted the pool equipment upon completion. All in all, a great job, performed by an outstanding person, at a fair price. By the way, he did not laugh at me when I screamed at seeing a snake near the pump! :). I would definitely call them again-even bypassing my home warranty company to be sure it is done properly.
