Some glitch happened and the reservation did not click with Quality Inn's system when I booked on Hotels.com, but John was incredibly empathetic and helpful in connecting me with Hotels.com representative in order to arrange a refund (normally not allowed on the day of reservation) and helped booked two new rooms for me so that there was no delay what so ever during my Thanksgiving road trip
Will definitely revisit next time I'm in the area!
