  • I wouldn't recommend this place to a student. While the complex is clean and cozy, Timberlake's problem is the management. If you ask the front office of anything more than a miniscule task they require an insane amount of micromanagement. As a student, I really don't care to be calling them daily, showing up in their front office, etc. when I have so little personal time already. There are plenty of other great, fairly priced apartments in this area whose front offices are run professionally.
