  • I wish there was a way to give a company NEGATIVE 5 stars. This pseudo company is TRASH. My AC broke down 2 days ago and my home warranty contracted them to fix the issue. Arizona weather is currently above 100 degrees without AC my home was at 93 degrees I have small children and was desperate to have it fixed. These people kept delaying my appointment saying they'd be here in 1 hour since 2pm and finally at 8PM I had it and let them know I was unhappy with the way my situation was being handled and this character named Debra responded with "ok then I'll go ahead and take you off the list." Are you kidding me? I work in customer service and would NEVER neglect a customer in that manner. It was absolutely sickening the way I was treated. No compassion whatsoever a broken AC midsummer in this Arizona heat is horrid. Please save yourself the trouble and headache with these people and book a serious company who does care about their customers this isn't one. And if they are being contracted through your home warranty tell them to book a different company avoid these people at all costs.
