We bought two cars through the Employee Network program at Right Toyota. No haggling - however I'm not sure we actually got a better price as I feel we were lied to now. At any rate- Our first experience was amazing! So much so we recommend them to a family member who bought a car there too! We returned to buy a second car five months later. We chose a different color color car than the one we tested and left the lot only to be called (in a panic) because the paperwork was processed for the original car we looked at instead of the one we were sold. So we drove all the way back from the East Valley to sign paperwork. Promised a gift card for gas- yeah didn't see that. Added 40 miles to the lease. (Thanks?) Still- had a decent impression although it was an extreme inconvenience. Today I received a letter in the mail from ADOT stating a sold notice was not processed for the car we traded in. I called Right Toyota to be transferred multiple times before someone told me that I could drive back down and sign another sold notice if I liked. When I explained I already signed one with the trade in (a month ago) and would like to know why my paperwork was not processed correctly I was told not to question how they did their job. Seems like Right Toyota is not concerned with customer service or completing paperwork correctly! Another family member had a horrible experience with the Employee Network at Right Toyota as well. Stay clear of this place as we will be doing.
