We were looking to move in, the unit was less than perfect and the establishment has some history, but we liked the architecture enough to outweigh the cons. We applied and $100 later were rejected likely because the manager John was having a bad day. There's no way in the one hour, and fighting with Cox cable he could have reviewed all of of the documents. I took time out of my busy schedule to demonstrate our good rental history and it was likely never even reviewed. I have been in this property three times and have noticed staff arguing with vendors, tenants complaining about management and a host of other issues. I showed the manager I had enough liquid to cover the term of my lease and we were still rejected based on a 5 year old dispute on my wife's credit report. I'm concerned the number of open units is reflective of this manager and his attitude. There goes $100.00, hope it helps save your manager's job, his attitude isn't doing this place any favors. Beware applying here because they will pocket the fee and make an arbitrary decision based on how many property issues they have in that day.
