  • We were moving from the area from out of state and went with our realtors recomendation for a home inspector. What a disaster that was. What was missed ended up costing us thousands to repair/replace. Rotted windows, elecrical work not done to code, craw space issues grossly understated. The problem with home inspections is you have no recourse if they do a poor job.
